Store Policy & Payment Methods

 

DELIVERY 

Local delivery within 30 miles of our store location at this time. Delivery charges may apply. There is a $300.00 minimum fee for tree/ shrub delivery and installation. We are located in St. Joseph, Michigan, which is in Berrien County in Southwestern Michigan.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns for trees or plants.

WARRANTY

Coverage Period: 

This warranty covers nursery stock, including trees, shrubs, and plants, installed by Creative Tree Center. The coverage period extends from the date of installation until August 31st of the following year.

Warranty/Guarantee:  

  • Trees & Plantings: Trees and plants are living things that must be properly maintained and watered. Trees and plants are guaranteed to be in good condition when installed and have a 50% material and labor warranty to remain viable for one year after installation if they have been maintained as prescribed. It is important to note that since Creative Tree Center is not on site after the installation of plant material, the success of plant survivability is a shared responsibility, thus the 50% warranty. Transplanted trees and shrubs can not be warranted. This warranty does not include trees or plants eaten by animals. 

  • Installations have a 50% material and labor warranty until August 31st of the following year, if irrigation is installed and operating correctly. No warranty can be provided without irrigation available and utilized. 

  • "Care Guides" for your plants, turf, and other landscaping can be found at www.creativelandscapinginc.com/care-guides. 

 

Claim Process:
Customers seeking warranty coverage must adhere to the following claim process: 

  • Submit a warranty claim to Creative Tree Center, including proof of purchase and the installation date. 

  • Creative Tree Center will assess the claim to determine eligibility for store credit. To complete the process, a site visit and/or photos may be required. 

  • If the claim is approved, the customer will receive store credit equal to 50% of the original cost of the nursery stock. 

 

Deadline for Claims: 

All warranty claims must be submitted to Creative Tree Center by August 31st of the following year.
