Whipcord Arborvitae is a slow-growing, dwarf conifer with unique whipcord-like green foliage that cascades downward. It starts as a flattened mound (2' tall, 3' wide) and gradually becomes a rounded shrub (4-5' tall and wide). Glossy green foliage turns bronze in winter.
